Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to paid enrolments confirmed by Nodegrid Tools. Informational prices on this website are not charges. Eligibility depends on how far a cohort has progressed and whether materials were accessed.

Timeframe

Submit refund requests within 14 days of payment and at least 5 business days before the first live session for a full-fee review. Requests after a cohort starts are considered for partial refunds only.

Full refunds

A full refund is typically available if we cancel a cohort, if we cannot offer a comparable alternative date, or if your written request arrives within the timeframe above and you have not accessed downloadable studio materials.

Partial refunds

If you withdraw after materials access or after the first live session, we may refund 50% of tuition minus any non-refundable third-party venue costs disclosed in your proposal. No partial refund is issued after the midpoint of a program.

Non-refundable items

• Completed self-paced modules that were fully unlocked at purchase.
• Custom Assurance Lab discovery fees once the workshop date is reserved.
• Travel, accommodation, or third-party venue tickets purchased on your behalf when itemised as pass-through costs.

Refund process

Email info@nodegrid-tools.digital with your enrolment reference, learner name, program name, and reason. We confirm receipt within three business days and issue a decision within ten business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 business days after approval. Bank timelines may add several days.

Cancellation by Nodegrid Tools

If we cancel, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later cohort at no extra tuition.

Learner cancellations and substitutions

You may substitute another learner from the same organisation up to 48 hours before the first session without a fee. Substitutions after that point require instructor approval.

Exceptions

We may grant exceptions for documented medical emergencies or mandated government restrictions affecting attendance. Exceptions are case-by-case and do not create a standing precedent.
